Hi Paypal Community,
I bought an iPhone 4 on September 22nd 2010 from a guy name <removed> form Egypt. He got a store of eyewears and clothes. The transaction and communication was smoothly; until 1 week later I found out he seemed left his store & there was none for sale item left also. Smell something like a scam here, I tried to contact him but no respond. So I filed the case for paypal and escalate into a claim of non-receipt. He responded almost immediatly when the claim began & provided me nothing for the tracking. This is how he provided:
- Shippping: Standard Air Mail.
- Tracking: Express ????!!!!
I aslo check his feedback and there is 1 other guy have same position like me
My case is still being reviewed by Paypal,
You guys think could I have any chance to get the money back ?
