I'm not asking for my account but for a non-profit that I work with. Their account was closed due to improper filing for the non-profit Paypal status (even though they are registered). They were notified that the account was closed, but could see that donations were still coming in. They obviously didn't have access to these funds. Where did the money go? Was it returned to the donors or is it in limbo somewhere? Also, is there a link to this information somewhere on the Paypal website?
