A friend has major health issues. Had to travel out of state for major surgery, with family along. No insurance help for such things; how to set up an account to donate to them to help with those costs?
Also, I'm not active on PayPal. Much to my surprise, I find there's some money sent to my email address here. I wonder if I could transfer that to them, too? How to do it?
