I've tried researching this as well as asking different people (who knows, maybe I'm just not looking in the right place) but I keep getting different answers.
I want to setup a site for my neice (who was recently diagnosed with cancer) that people can donate to. I saw how to setup the button and apply it my page, no issues there. My question is, once someone has donated money to her, how long before I would be able to withdraw it and actually give it to my sister?
I have had my paypal account for years. It is only a personal account, but it is a verified one.
