paypal royalmail postage problems

so went to pay and print postage labels through royal mail and paypal and im being told that paypal cant print postage, please try later, you havent been charged for this.

same thing is happening with other people i know who sell things on ebay.they cant print off postage.

over the post office counter it is going to cost 50% more than the buyer has paid to post out as it would cost through paypal.

so what is the problem, ive already checked for foreign characters on the buyers address, cleared cookies from my browser etc

no joy

when the buyer eventually gets there things my dsr's on ebays stupid feedback system will be poor

I am not aware of any current issues with PayPal postage.

could you look at mine as well please aid for postage but can't see how to print off postage lable didn't have this problem two days ago. using my sons account tho as i can't get in to mine and im not really sure what im doing. many thanks bette
