How can i retrieve payments i  think that have been made into a old account i had?

Can you remember your old email address and if so, do you have access to the email address?

If you can’t remember the old email address, you can view the email address that was used on the eBay listing.

Here's how to find the email address that was used in your eBay listing:

1. Find the item you sold and click 'Sell a similar item' under 'More Actions'.
2. Go to the section 'Decide how you'd like to be paid', which displays the email address where the payment was sent.

If you don't have access to the email address you can still go through password recovery and select that you no longer have access to the email address.
