i ordered a festive jumper and payed by guest on paypal, i have not recieved the jumper, have tried contacting seller but no replys, when i try to start a dispute  it won't let me as was payed for by guest paypal

Give PayPal a call, they will still be able to open up a dispute for you. Just make a note of the card you used to pay or the 'Receipt number' that is on the email confirmation you received and they can locate the payment.

You would think that once you had signed in the guest payment would be LINKED to your paypal account?

 

Did you use the same credit card, bank card or account as those on your paypal?

 

If no add the new payment method used, confirm it and see what happens.
