i buy thru ebay an item who cost almost 1500 euros and i received an empty packet with paper for weight but not the purchased item i open case to paypal and ebay too
but i do mistake and i choose item not received i must choose item is different than seller description and paypal decide in favor of seller since seller provide tracking number even i had describe the reason to paypal
now what i must do? i will lost my refund also from ebay too???
in ebay i choose the right topic and i explain to them that isnt missing something i just received an empty packet
