how to reply for a dispute

hi everyone need help how can i response for a dispute, i cant even see any reply box somthing like that  to reply with so help me how thank you

Is this case still on going?

 

If so can you provide more information?

 

What type of case is it (non-receipt, not as described), are you the seller or the buyer and has the case been escalated yet?

 

If the case has been escalated there is no option to reply anymore. And if escalated and you're the seller you will have an option to respond.  After that anything extra you wish to add will have to be sent via email or said over the phone.

where to i have the abilaty to reply in paypal when the buyer opens a case and i want to reply to the buyers message
