2 months ago i sold vouchers, postage shows delivered and signed for, sent me a text saying thanks vouchers received, all well, dont hear anything back. on the 14th get an email saying card issuer chargeback unauthorised, send evidence, £430 is held while we resolve.
so i send photocopy of receipt, text message/ phone bill screenshot as i had called him aswell, as im hoping that the number i phoned is linked with his paypal account. also i knoe he was at home when he paid as he said he'll pay when hes at home, and so in comments i said look at his IP address.
ive read that unauthorized case, generally dont go well with sellers, but its £430 GBP, money that i cant afford to loose. is my evidence good enough? also its been 7 days, im hoping it because paypal are fighting with the card company, generally how long does it take for people.
