I live in a country with custom fees FREE, no fees/taxes here, yet I had 3 transactions/deals from eBay and they charged me import fees (total fees $181), when I wrote to eBay they said talk to the seller, I told them its nothing to do with the seller cause it shows in my PayPal statemnet it payed to pitney bowes, they told me its not our problem!! its GSP took upfront those fees, I cleared totally that here in my country no customs, but they keep avoiding pointing the finger on the problem or at least showing any help or support, its really a shame from eBay / pitney bowes to cheat customers in such way, no wondering how they earn their $billions!!
