Hope somebody can help with this one.

I have an outstanding case pending(I am the seller) for item not received.(Through Discogs)

Have been in correspondence with the buyer who claims he has now received the item.

The said item was tracked and signed Royal mail International.

I asked the buyer to close the dispute and claim as now received.Received a reply email to say he would do this.

Finally I now have a request from Paypal to email a receipt for proof of Postage.

This I can do.But what I do not understand Is the case shows all tracking information and dialogue details between me and the buyer.I now have 2 days to email the receipt or the case will be closed.

Does that mean closed in the buyers favour or the seller.Confused!!!
