I filed a claim since I as a buyer didn't receive the item and the tracking number provided is not even recognised by the courier. Today I got a message from Paypal saying:
"We need your help confirming your shipment was delivered to your seller's address. We need proof of shipping that clearly shows the address to which the package was delivered..."
Now isn't really clear to me what is expected from me to do... In this case I am the buyer and didn't ship anything. So what do I need to provide by the 27th August???
