can't respond to dispute

Since a few months after paypal has updated the interface I am unable to respond to disputes (not claims, but disputes) In the dispute center I have the message from the buyer and then two buttons, one for a refund, and one for a reply. None of these buttons work when I click on them.

I sell digital goods through email so I have no reason not to send items, it's always a spam box or email provider problem which means I can't contact the buyer otherwise but through the dispute center to resolve the issue.

In the past I always used to win disputes, now since I can't even explain my case I always lose. I use firefox with NoScript plugin, but the paypal page is fuly authorized by the plugin (no items or pages are blocked).

Now even when I manage to contact the buyer otherwise and get him his goods, I need to beg for them to drop the dispute, otherwise they get a refund anyhow.
