I sold 18 scented candles that were NEW and sealed votives. The buyer is trying to say the candles are smaller than it shows in the picture when clearly stated on the listing VOTIVES which are a standard size. Also they are claiming the scent is 'non-exsistant' and after all that they went ahead anyway and burnt one of the candles!? Now they want to return them back to me like that? And are threatning to open a case as i am refusing to accept them back and refund them because they have ruined my stock. Ebay assure me im in the right ive told the buyer politely several time i can not have them back now. But everyday i get a threatning message saying they are going to open a case!

If they are threatening you via ebay messages then there is an option in there to report them.
Then just say go ahead and open one and let ebay decide.
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.
