Paypal have placed limits on my account and I cannot withdraw a sizable amount of money from my account because it says its 'on hold'. What does this mean and why is it so? The buyer has paid and is expecting my item. Paypal are damaging my business and costing me a lot of money.

Have they actually placed limits OR are you just talking about the new seller hold??

If its the latter then the sooner you send the item with tracking to prove delivery + 3 days then the funds are released.

Was it on or off Ebay sale?
