A dispute I had with a customer had been decided in the favour of the buyer. After checking, I realize I have put the wrong tracking company and need to change it to show that the item has arrived. When I try to appeal the decision it's not allowing me to enter any new tracking information, the original one just comes up and isn't allowing me to edit it.
