Unauthorized Extra Fund Charged

I paid for a service with my debit card for the amount $37.40. When reviewing my bank statement, I notice that "PAYPAL ONEFREE xxxxxxx9001 GBR" had taken an extra $0.37 totaling $37.77 from my account. I submitted a claim through PAYPAL Resolution Center, they had the nerves to deny my claim, when its pretty obivous that fraulent misdeeds had occured. I have remove all my information from that account and will be reporting them.

That would have been the fee to confirm your card sent with the 4 digit code.

Once the card was verified with that code the fee is refunded.

Bit difficult to know the info to give you as you are posting on the UK site but talking about dollars, but as you have added GBP next to it I will presume you are in the UK?

No I am not in the UK, Paypal GBR is who supposedly taken out the extra funds mention.
