Trying to get a refund

I'm trying to get a refund for an item i've returned to the seller (in accordance to their own return policy). They have completly blanked me dispite having had the item back by signed for Royal Mail post.

I've tried to raise a dispute in PayPal resolution centre. completed the process to dispute with the seller and theres nothing in the resolution centre history showing my entry?

i've done this twice now. Help please

When you opened your dispute did you escalate it to a claim before it timed out at 20 days?

How did you pay the seller which option did you choose?

Ebay said i was due a refund and put me through to paypal, the item i am trying to get a refund for is more than 3 months and is NOT on the automated system, I want to speak to a real person to sort it out and have been trying for weeks but no one seems to want to know?
Very poor system and bad customer service

Well as we have nothing to do with paypal then that is not our problem.

BUT its easy enough to open a claim if you paid as a guest buyer, you just phone customer services and they will open one for you.
