Hi please advise how to use paypal seller protection. I have sent my customers order recorded delivery, it has not arrived. Tracking is showing that the item is in progress! This is now this is now 10 working day. Happy to refund my customer. But how can I go about this I have tracking to show it was posted ,i has not reached its destination.

I should be covered? How do I proceed please can anyone help me on this one?

Hey there,

 

Has your buyer opened a case yet?

 

The tracking information needs to update to something other than in progress or in transit. Once it shows delivery the buyer can’t dispute the fact they have received it and the case would be closed in your favour.

 

Do note though that if the delivery doesn't show the buyers address then please hold onto your postage receipt as this will have the postcode or part of the address on it.
