Selected wrong reason for dispute

Went to dispute an item I never received, but clicked 'item received didn't match description' and now I can't change it to 'item never received' How do I change this?

You need to contact customer services and see if they will change it for you, not sure that they can though.

 

Contact us bottom of paypal pages > use the call us option on the left (fees apply so check the cost with your phone tariff first, as you sometimes have to wait a while to connect).

When you get through don't select any options just hang on till you get transfered to an agent.
