I paid for a bag through fiends and family. It was listed as immaculate but when I received it , it was scratched and I am not happy. The girl has tried to drag it out and stop me from raising a dispute. Can I raise one and get my money back after it being paid for through friends and family ?
I am sorry to hear that your bag was not what you had paid for. If the payment was sent as a friends and family payment then you would be unable to open a dispute. As these payments are not designed to pay for items there is no buyer protection offered on them. You may want to consider taking action outside of PayPal to get a refund.
