Hi,
I sold my iPhone 7 this week. Buyer paid, item was posted via special delivery Royal Mail before 1pm. The address was the same on eBay and paypal.
Card was left at first delivery attempt and then they received and signed for the item the next day.
Now today I noticed I was minus money in my paypal and the buyer of the phone has now opened a case of unauthorised claim.
I have proof of postage, the tracking number and I still have the physical receipt.
But I'm freaking out, I've used eBay for years and this is the first time it has happened to me.
I've taken screenshots of all the info on royal mail being delivered, his message to me on eBay and everything.
Will I be covered? Will I be able to win the dispute?
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
