I recently ordered an item from an ebay company and paid via paypal. All the addresses listed for me on Paypal are correct however the postcode that the seller sent my item to was incorrect by 1 letter and the parcel didn't arrive. They are blaming paypal as they state they don't change the address but I don't see how this can happen.
