Yes,i did that.
In that case paypal normally give the seller 10 days to provide a tracking number that proves delivery of tte item to you (if its a dispute for non receipt of item), and if they don't then they will review / refund within 48 hours of the 10 days deadline.
Sorry i dont understand most of these things?What if it was in case of a reversal?Thanks i appreciate your help
