I am currently at the third phase,"Awaiting other party's response",what does this mean and for how long do i wait until the next phase

In that case paypal normally give the seller 10 days to provide a tracking number that proves delivery of tte item to you (if its a dispute for non receipt of item), and if they don't then they will review / refund within 48 hours of the 10 days deadline.
