Package sent to wrong country.

I place an order at 8/3/2016 from China.

My order dispatched via airmail with tracking number on 15/03 with Sweden Post BUT were sent to the Germany instead of Greece.

3/31/2016 3:53 PM GERMANY

The item has arrived at the international terminal in the destination country for sorting

 

 

Same day i open a dispute to Paypal.  From this day until now nothing has change to tracking status. My package is still in Germany.

 

I dont know if the parcel was addressed correctly... or never sent and I was given someone elses tracking details, I just don't know.

 

Should i claim now , or to wait some more days ?

Thanks for posting on the Community Forum and sorry to hear about this.

 

If your item was sent to an incorrect country, I'd definitely contacting your seller directly to see if this can be rectified. If you can't come to a resolution with the seller, you can of course file a buyer dispute case with PayPal, as you should be fully covered by our Buyer Protection policy.
