Hi. I have now got an outstanding payment on my account after refunding a buyer on eBay. The money was taken from my bank account at the start of last week but without the PayPal fee. My PayPal account is now still saying that I am in a minus on my accpunt. Does it take a couple of days for this to change? I don't really want to transfer more money over as it has already been taken from my bank once this month.

I understand that you still have a negative balance even though the money has already been taken from your bank. It can take up to 7 business day to process the direct debit we took from your bank. In this case you don't need to add any more funds to your PayPal account, as soon as the direct debit is completed we will add the money to your balance and this should put you back at 0.00 again.
