I opened a "not received" dispute yesterday, how long should I leave it open for before escalating if I don't get a satisfactory response from seller.
i haven't had any response yet from the seller. I know people have work and holidays and it's the summer!!

Thats up to you, some escalate within a few days if no response at all some wait until they are nearing the 20 day cut off point.
Entirely your choice.

If you get no response in around 4 days, Then I'd esclate the dispute to a claim. As PayPal don't get invovled or review it until it is a claim. If they don't have any tracking info the claim will go in your favor.
Good luck 🙂
