Before sending receipt messege with sending ppm-88 in blue.

But after sending buyer send wrong not-confirm messege for stolen money reason.

Swindler and lier Buyer with any reason left not -right, inappropriate Feedback unreasonable.

But in more case's buyer  open case and claim  wthout info any proff  for black reason, for stolen money.
