(Post edited by Moderator) payment in progress - error!

I bought some trainers from (Post edited by Moderator) back in November last year. They payment went through fine (it was 100% paid). But today I noticed there is a notice at the top of my summary page saying "Your funding source will be charged when (Post edited by Moderator) completes your order." for the same amount. 

 

Clicking on the details and changing to the classic site the transaction states it HAS been paid fully!  But I cannot dismiss or cancel the "Pending" transaction status. As usual trying to find help through Paypal is useless.

 

How do I cancel this pending transaction? All the proof is in my account details.

PS the verification stuff on this site is useless as well.

Not sure anyone will want to help you having read your previous threads where you never say thank you or are sarcastic to paypal staff or helpers.
