On the 8th December 2017, I made two purchases via eBay for the total amount of £10.46 via PayPal linked to my bank account. This went through no problem. On 15th December 2017, an attempt by my bank was made to take out the money again but failed as I didn't have the funds in. I rang my bank and they told me this was due to DD but I never set any up? I cancelled this and contacted the sellers to confirm they did receive the payments from me and they said yes.
The thing is now I can't use eBay unless I put the £10.46 into my account which I refuse to as I have already paid for my goods! I need my account balance reset to 0 so what can I do about it?
