Purchased an item from a seller on the 24/1/15 and still haven't received it as of yet. I opened a case last week and the seller responded today with tracking information, when entered into Royal Mail it just says it was posted at *post office* on 24/1/15 and is being processed through their network. Will I lose the claim because the seller has provided tracking information or does it need to prove that I have received the item? Thanks!

Tracking has to show the item as delivered to you, let the claim run.
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.
