At $45, this product failed in a very short period! I also assumed that this product was made in the USA..

I purhased a HWA WYS UltraFire led torch recently from China at a mere fraction of $45 (approx $5)

Welcome to the community forum and thanks for posting.

If you have paid for an item and it is not as described I would recommend opening a buyer complaint case in the resolution centre of your account. If you open a claim and escalate this to us we will investigate. This is how to open a case:

1. Go to www.paypal.com and log in to your account.
2. Near the bottom of the page, under 'More about your account', click Resolve a problem in the Resolution Centre.
3. Click Dispute a Transaction.
4. Select the button beside the transaction you want to dispute, then click Continue.
5. Select ‘Item dispute’, click Continue and follow the on-screen instructions.
