I've got scammed and want a refund!

Hello there, recently about 2 hours ago I've paid $52.99 to gametimezone.com , they say you will get your item within 4 minutes, if you visit their site you will see it is cheap looking and is FAKE. All the links at the bottom link you to the store, I've tried all possible ways to contact them which was from email and they send an automated message saying that staff are reviewing my email but they're truely not and they're ignoring and scamming me, I would like PayPal to refund me and afterwards close the dispute case I've opened. I didn't notice that it was a scam.. After paying, I checked google and ALL comments about them are negative.

Any advice what to do now? I opened a dispute case, now what?

Thank you for your time!

When you get the option escalate the dispute to a claim for paypal to review.

But as its a virtual item a refund can't be guaranteed.

Hello there.

As it's a Virtual/Digital item, Unfortnley you're not covered by the buyer's protection and would automatically go in the sellers favor.

Good Luck 🙂
