This is the 3rd time in the same month Ive overdrafted due to pay after delivery from ebay purchases. I remember having this problem a while back and turing off this feature. Now its back and i dont know how to turn it off. Ive been charged over $40 in fees from this. All of the threads in this forum indirectly answer the problem and offer no real solution. Im about to just cancel my paypal account if this cannot be fixed.
Go to the setting menu on your PayPal account and check the sub-menu that says "Money". If Pay after delivery is still active in there, there will be an option to deactivate it
