I booked a 2 day break through ebay. When I arrived at the b&b there was no booking and was told it was a scam. I raised it as a dispute with paypal which I then escalated to a claim. The claim has been open for 11 days and is still awaiting feedback from seller. Do you know how long paypal waits before moving to the next stage? Is there a way to ask them or if they need further information

Normally the seller is given 10 days and after that paypal will review / refund within 48 hours of that deadline.
