Has this been escalated?

I can't tell if it has been escalated or not because under status there is nothing and it doesn't tell me what happens next. Has it been escalated? And if so what happens next ? Do I have to wait that entire 30 days or what? Finally it doesn't look like the seller is responding to my messages or the dispute what happens if they don't?
