HELP! Scam email??

Okay so I received an email today saying i'd spent 165.99 on Van Mildert...
I hadn't even heard of it!! Here's the email: (<- Screenshots)

Is this fake? 
I certainly didn't make this purchase! 
Confusing part is it's not showing up on my paypal transactions, even as a pending payment.. 

I am terrified right now please help .
