Error with submitting dispute in Resolution Centre

I am getting an error message whilst trying to submit a dispute in Resolution Centre. I have provided and followed all necessary steps and when I hit "SUBMIT" I get an error message, and that I should retry. This has occurred more than ten times today

Ended up sending email and chat message to Paypal and they have now raised a claim dispute with the seller.
