I recently sold a shirt to a customer and a couple weeks later she started a dispute. I provided tracking information however it said "address incorrect" or something similar to that.. Anyway, about a week later and the tracking says that it's now been delivered. I'm trying to make an appeal but whenever I try and click on the save tracking info button it says I haven't added any tracking information, I can't add any as i already added it when the disputed started. What can I do?
