Dispute and Claim help.

Hello,

I have a dispute opened by a buyer from depop. The claim was initially opened on 3rd of January 2018 claiming the item wasnt recieved - i admit that it was sent out late.

She has it now BUT is point blank refusing to state whether she has it or not.

I do think its slightly unfair as my account is on hold because she hasnt responded.

If doesnt respond in the resolution centre by the 19th of Jnuary, are paypal more than likely going to refund the money to her or does she have to respond?

Thanks,

Nicolle

In the event of an item not received dispute the onus is on the seller to provide trackable proof of delivery of the item to the buyer.

No tracking number that shows the item as delivered means you will probably lose the dispute.

You don't have to send trackable but if you don't then its at your own risk and not the buyers.
