Dispute Not Visible In Resolution Center

I have submitted a dispute on a digital good that was defecive, however I cannot see the case on the resolution center nor have I received a confermation email. When I view the transaction however the system tells me that the dispute is ongoing even though I cannot view it. Ifd anyone could tell me how to fix this issue so that I can actually see the case it would be much appreciated, thank you.

Nevermind, after searching for the case using the transaction ID it appeared.
