The above seller sales on Facebook .... Please beware. She takes your money then disappears. I paid £50 for ugg trainers but paypal won't open dispute or let me make complaint in resolution centre as they said I paid for non goods??!?!?

You must have paid using the "gift" option.
Buyer protection is only for when you buy goods not gift someone some money.
HOWEVER if you funded your paypal payment with a card you could contact your card issuer and see if they will chargeback for you.
