Complaint went in favour of seller!!! How??

I was sold a Fifa 16 account, the account was unusable as it was blocked, was sent another one and this one had a password which they could not provide!!! They then ignored my mails and live chat!! You cannot be seriously ruling in there favour and closing it! How the **bleep** did you come to that conclusion???? Closing this case is a disgrace, this company has blatantly stole my money without giving me what I paid for , you never even asked me for the photo's of the useless accounts they sent me, since I filed the complaint my Xbox account was hacked and I've been banned, coincidence that it was hacked from China??? You have a responsibility to me as you allow this company to use your service, I use PayPal to protect me from conmen and you have allowed them to rip me off.
