Closed Case

I opened a case because I ordered from a web site and never arrived and they ignored all emails. The Case closed automatically as the time period elapsed, during which I was still waiting for a response. Now it appears cannot re-open and the money is coming out for the goods that never arived. How do I re-open? Advise on what to do? The Company is called BulkVits.

Why did you let the time elapse?

 

You have up to 20 days to escalate a dispute to a claim and can do so at anytime you want to.

 

BUT if you don't escalate it to a claim before 20 days then it times out.

 

You can't open another dispute as you are only allowed x1 per transaction.

 

If you funded your payment via a card then talk to your card issuer and see if they will help you.
