I bought an item from Blinds2go online. The item were damaged externally and internally. I opened a dispute where I had photos of damage as well as cctv where the ups courier had thrown over rear fence and the package shattered but the claim has been decided in there Favour as apparently, The item violates the PayPal Acceptable Use Policy. It's ineligible for PayPal Buyer Protection. Never heard of it, no explanation nothing. I can’t seem to appeal. Anyone have any idea!! Thank you

HI Smccdunn888,
Thank you for your post and welcome to the community!
In general, there are some payments that are not covered under our Buyer Protection policy such as, for example, vehicles, custom-made items or prohibited items in our Acceptable Use policy.
Unfortunately, if the payment that you made is included in one of these categories, the decision of the claim cannot be appealed. You can find additional information regarding this matter here.
I hope this helps!
Martina
