Buyer Asking to change the delivery Address

 I have had a buyer ask me to change the address I deliver to from the one gievn by paypal. I have read on eBay this is a risky thing to do. So I asked her to change it on PayPal and that was the only way I would change it. She confirmed this was the case but in actual fact she didnt change it. 

As i sent it to the address on the delivery addres on PayPal, what is going to happen?

In the event of an item not received dispute then you would win if you had trackable proof of delivery to the paypal registered address of the buyer.

But personally if a buyer started wanting an item sent elsewhere i would just refund their money and re-sell the item.

@kernowlass thank you for getting back to me. The problem is it has been sent and received by someone. Someone at the address signed for the item.
