Account Restrictions

Hello,

 

I was recently informed to verify my account which I did but every time I log in it tells me that I have to verify on the right side of the screen. When I click on the notification I see that both my address and identity have been confirmed yet my account is limited, Paypal is not responding to me when I call since I do not live in the US my calls are not going through at all.

How can I solve this issue?

Thanks, No am using UK because we don't have one center in Kenya and UK my search directed me to the UK one automatically. I have been using my account since 2010. I got a notive to verify which I did. It is still showing that I did confirm but my account is restricted.

have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
