A Paypal Case update

The case updated when the seller put in the tracking information. The adeadline was june 15 2016 and today its june 18 2016 72 hours+ after the deadline and still no update. How long until paypal looks into this so I can get my money back?

Did you escalate the dispute to a claim?

 

Does the tracking number supplied by the seller show the item as delivered?
